Intellectual Property Rights Policy

Opusto provides an e-commerce platform where customers can purchase customized and print-on-demand products. We strictly prohibit the upload, use, or sale of any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, and related rights.

When notified of an alleged infringement, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to Report Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe that content appearing on or through the Opusto Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the infringing material, including:

    • Description of how the material infringes your rights.

    • Exact location (URL) of the material on the Opusto website.

  3. Your full contact information: name, address, phone number, and email.

  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice to:

Actions Taken After Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a complete and proper notice, Opusto will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • Notify the user who posted the content.

  • Terminate accounts of repeat infringers as required by the DMCA.

How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you believe the removed or disabled content is not infringing—or that you are legally permitted to use it—you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

  1. Identification of the content removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to error or misidentification.

  3. Your full contact information: name, address, phone number, email.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for your district, or if outside the U.S., where Opusto is located, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notice to:
dmca@opusto.com

If a valid counter-notice is received, Opusto may forward it to the original complainant. Unless they file legal action, the removed content may be restored within 10–14 business days at Opusto’s discretion.

Important Notice

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly submits false claims or counter-notices may be liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
